Lake Rules and Fishing Limits

VIOLATION OF RULES CAN AND WILL BE GROUNDS FOR LOSS OF FISHING PRIVILEGES

1. Individuals must have membership card(s) on them while fishing.
2. If in a boat, place the membership card in the window of the vehicle.
3. Anyone fishing without a membership card:
   1. First offense – asked to leave.
   2. Second offense – law enforcement will be called for trespassing.
4. A current member of the post must accompany all guests. If not accompanied, guests will be asked to leave.
5. Anyone swimming must have a membership card, and guests are limited to three (3) nonmembers at a time, unless approved by the Commander or executive board member.
6. No fishing within fifty (50) feet of feeders once installed.
7. Boats may only be powered by electric motors. No Fuel engines allowed.

FISHING LIMITS

1. All Bass under 20” are to be removed from the lake.
2. All Bass over 20”, must be released back into the lake.
3. All Blue gill must be released immediately back into the lake.
4. Crappie has 25 fish limits.
5. Catfish, mudfish and shell crackers have no limits.
6. All Carp must be killed and not returned to the lake.
